Information collected

An enquiry requires your name, email address, privacy-policy consent and separate consent for cross-border processing. You may also provide a phone number, WeChat ID, country/region, city, message and up to 20 archive references. For transmission and security verification, Cloudflare may also process your IP address and browser-, device- and request-related technical information. The site does not collect images, payment, order, invoice or shipping information.

Purpose and method of processing

The information is used to receive and process the enquiry, perform security verification, send it to the operator and contact you through the method you selected. Form data is transmitted to Cloudflare, stored in D1 and routed by Email Routing to the operator's designated internal mailbox (a QQ mailbox). After submission, the website does not send an automatic confirmation email.

Providers and recipient paths

Cloudflare (United States): the website uses Cloudflare for page delivery, Turnstile security verification, Workers, D1 and Email Routing. Cloudflare's published company and contact information are Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The purposes include providing page and security services, transmitting enquiries, storing enquiry and delivery status in D1, and routing notification emails. The information involved includes the form fields and consent records described above, together with technical information needed for transmission and security verification. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy describes its processing and channels for exercising rights; rights requests may also be sent to sar@cloudflare.com.

QQ mailbox notification path: Cloudflare Email Routing sends the enquiry notification to the operator's designated QQ mailbox so the operator can receive and handle the enquiry.

The form requests separate consent for international processing.

Retention

After D1 enquiry records and notification status reach 180 days, a scheduled cleanup task automatically removes them. Mailbox deletion is not automatic. The operator checks the mailbox monthly and manually deletes notification emails more than 150 days after receipt, to keep their usual retention within 180 days. Emails may be kept longer where required by law or to handle a dispute.

Security and rights

Ordinary runtime logs do not record the full enquiry. Identifiers used for idempotency and rate limiting are stored only as irreversible hashes. You may use the website enquiry form to ask the operator for access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or a complaint. The operator will verify and handle the request and coordinate with a service provider where needed. You may also use the channels in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy to exercise rights offered directly by Cloudflare.
